Vinsmoke Sanji, often referred to as ‘Black Leg’ Sanji is indeed a fictional figure created by Eiichiro Oda who appears in the One Piece series.

Vinsmoke Sanji: Early Life

Sanji, a native of the North Blue, was raised in the Vinsmoke family by his mother Vinsmoke Sora and father Vinsmoke Judge, the ruler of the Germa Kingdom. Sanji flees his oppressive father, who only viewed him as a soldier, and finds refuge in Baratie, where he trains to cook from “Red Leg” Zeff and picks up his fighting technique, which emphasizes the use of the legs in battle.
