Winry Rockbell: Intro
Winry Rockbell is the character in the Fullmetal Alchemist series, she is portrayed as the main supporting character in the series, where she plays as a training surgeon and mechanical repair enthusiast , her parents Yuriy Rockbell and Sarah Rockbell , both of them are surgeons who worked on the field of Ishval Civil War . Winery’s grandfather is Pinako Rockbell who was very famous surgeon and mechanic ,when he was young adult . She belongs to Resembool and she is close friend of Edward Elric and Alphonse Elric since there childhood . Winry works as personal automail engineer and mechanic of Ed , always checking and making sure that his prosthetic right arm and left leg is in good condition working properly as it was his arm and leg was damaged in the calamitic experiment .

Winry Rockbell has worn different set of clothing in the series, she has slightly pale skin complexion , her facial structure is properly defined with big dark blue coloured eyes and long hair in the colour of light blonde , the length of her hairs is till her hips with bangs in the front , slightly directed towards left of the face . Mostly her hair is tied up in a ponytail which straight , but in the manga illustration it is presented as wavy. As an engineer , her outfit consist of beige colour jumpsuit which is well fitted and revealing her black tube top which she wears underneath jumpsuit , with brown coloured gloves , for foot wear she wears common sandals and green kerchief which covers her fringes . when she working at Rush Valley with Garfield , her outfit change to Black zipped crop top which consist if white stripe in the centre.
She pierced in the style of an Avant -grade which consist of two similar looking pairs of hoop earrings in the both ears . Her appearance changes in the anime adaptation , she looks physically older and her face look different comparatively before , though in manga she looks same as earlier until the final chapter. In which she wore a long magenta dress with jeans of blue colour and paired with light sandals , her hairs were down and also wore a white jacket.
Personality
Winry Rockbell is joyful , persistent , bubbly, impulsive and empathic by nature . she is mechanical enthusiast , who loves each and every thing about auto mails. She gives her hundred percent in the as mechanical engineer , she put her heart and soul while working. She is also kind hearted who loves to help her patient and making sure they doing well.
Her close friend and patient Edward Elric frequently call her “ engineering otaku” or “crazy gearhead”, in return Winry calls him “ an otaku alchemist”. She gets very annoyed and angry whenever Ed hampers her auto mails, in anger she often uses her spanner as weapon , Ed and AI both are scared of Winery’s rage.
